These terms are an agreement between you and Multi Code Genius, Surat, Gujarat, India, the developer of AstroRaah AI. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use AstroRaah AI.
1. The service
AstroRaah AI gives Vedic astrology information: kundli (birth chart), dasha, Sade Sati, panchang, numerology, lucky metals, yogas, daily rashifal, and AI-written readings and answers (the "AI Jyotishi"). Charts are calculated with the Swiss Ephemeris using the Lahiri sidereal system.
2. Astrology and AI disclaimer
- Astrology is a traditional belief system. Readings are for guidance, self-reflection and entertainment; they are not scientific predictions and no outcome is guaranteed.
- AI answers are generated automatically by a computer model. They can be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on them alone for important decisions.
- Nothing in AstroRaah AI is medical, legal, financial, psychological or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters, and in an emergency contact local emergency services.
- Any remedies mentioned (such as mantras, daan, fasting or gemstones) are traditional suggestions only. You choose whether to follow them; consult an expert before wearing a gemstone.

3. Your account
- You must be 18 or older, or use the app with a parent's or guardian's consent.
- Give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Only enter another person's birth details if you have their permission.
- You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account.
4. Tokens and recharges
- Most features are free. Some AI features (such as AI Jyotishi answers and the daily "Aaj ka din" reading) use tokens; the cost is shown in the app. New accounts get 25 free welcome tokens.
- Purchasing tokens is not available yet. For more information, contact us at [email protected]; any tokens we add are credited to your account by us.
- Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are used only inside AstroRaah AI. If a token was deducted for an AI answer that failed, it is returned automatically.
- To prevent abuse we may apply fair-use limits (for example, a maximum number of AI answers per day).
- If in-app purchases are introduced in future, they will be offered through the App Store or Google Play and their purchase terms will apply. See Tokens & refunds.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse AstroRaah AI: no attempts to hack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer it, bypass limits, use it for unlawful, abusive or harmful purposes, or use AI answers to harass or deceive anyone. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
6. Notifications
If you allow notifications we may send reminders, festival and panchang updates, and app news. You can turn them off in your phone's settings.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, text, artwork and software belong to Multi Code Genius or its licensors. You may use the readings for your personal, non-commercial use.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep AstroRaah AI running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, and update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
9. Limitation of liability
AstroRaah AI is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multi Code Genius is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on astrological readings or AI answers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero for free features).
10. App stores
If you downloaded AstroRaah AI from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and Multi Code Genius, not Apple or Google, who have no responsibility for the app or its content. The store's own terms of service also apply to your use of the store.
11. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
