You can delete your AstroRaah AI account and the data linked to it at any time, from the app or by email.
In the app (fastest)
- Open AstroRaah AI and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
By email
If you can no longer open the app, email us from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email, sign-in links (Google, Apple or password) and phone number.
- All kundlis and birth details you saved.
- Your AI Jyotishi chat history.
- Notification tokens and notification history.
- Token and usage records.
Copies in encrypted backups are removed within 30 days.
What may remain
Shared readings that contain no personal or account information (such as the daily rashifal), and limited security logs kept for a short period as required by law.
